Looking for domestic helper > Free Talking

Am posting this for a colleague, he is looking for a domestic helper that has a good skill in keeping a house clean , cooking . also has experience working for foreigners and can communicate in English. He lives with his wife and three Childrens. if you have any recommendation that will be helpful.
