I have a two-bedroom under construction apartment at Flintstone Engineering located at 72 Adey Beshale site behind the NOC . 63.3 meters square is the area located on the 5th floor.
The apartment is currently under construction and the building has reached the seventh floor. Flintstone is currently selling for 99,000 per square meter including finishing, or about 6,296.00 Birr. However, I will make an offer for 4,500,000 Birr, or 71,000 Birr per square meter, and you will pay 3,500,000 Birr for me and 1,000,000 Birr for Flintstone in two years.
